Because personalised products cannot be reused, there will never be a return for them. Even though our team will step in and investigate the customer's concerns, if we are certain that a solution can be reached amicably, we will look for it. Damage and problems Please check your order as soon as it arrives (making a video of the package opening is required) and get in touch with us straight away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so that we may investigate and make things right. Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund. Delays in delivery are not eligible for a refund. The timelines and estimated delivery dates we've provided are based on prior experiences, so they could change as a result of current events. Ex: Operational challenges with the courier partner, Covid, Rain, Flood, etc. If you decide to immediately cancel your order, you will be required to pay a minimum cancellation fee of either Rs. 50 or Rs. 100, depending on the product. If the error was caused by your own activities, such as misspellings, inaccurate or incomplete address information, or an invalid recipient contact number, refunds cannot be started. It's crucial that you get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or different product from what you bought. After this time, we won't take any complaints into consideration. We'll work hard to find a swift solution to the problem.
